Our Salt Lake City location opened August 1, 2011, where Dr. Jeff Nelson focuses exclusively on bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and age-management medicine. Dr. Nelson has trained extensively with our founding physicians and incorporates the same scientifically-based approach to age-management medicine. PhysioAge Salt Lake City offers many of the same services as New York, including biomarkers of aging and body composition testing. Both practices are committed to enabling patients to extend their healthspan through hormonal balance, nutrition, supplementation and exercise.

About Dr. Nelson
Jeffrey S. Nelson, D.O., graduated with a B.S. in human biology from Brigham Young University and then received his D.O. from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. Dr. Nelson completed his residency in family medicine at St Louis University Hospital in St Louis, MO and Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, IL. He practiced family medicine and aerospace medicine in Germany from 2004 to 2010 for the United States Air Force and managed the NASA space shuttle emergency medical response team in Europe. Dr. Nelson is board certified in family medicine and has been focusing on evidence-based anti-aging medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for the past several years.

About Kris Rogers
Kris Rogers, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, holds a Bachelors of Science in Theraputic Recreation with an emphasis in Clinical Rehabilitation. She has 17 years of professional experience as an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer working with clients of all ages and abilities.
