Comprehensive Evaulation

The comprehensive evaluation is designed to fully assess your body's hormonal production and your rate of aging. There are 2 separate components: Laboratory Evaluation and Biomarker Testing.

Part I. Laboratory Evaluation

Prior to your first appointment, we will request that you have a series of blood tests done, including the following:

These tests normally take about 21 days to complete.

Part II: Biomarker Testing

PhysioAge Systems is comprised of a series of extensively tested biomarkers of the body's physiological systems. We use them to establish a baseline, then we use these biomarkers to measure how well your program is working over time. This is the main difference between our approach to age management and that of most other practices.

The basic initial consultation costs $1,300 and includes the following tests:

• CardioAge - Arterial Stiffness Testing;
• CutoAge - Skin Elasticity Testing
• PulmoAge - Pulmonary Function Testing
• NeuroAge - Cognitive Assessment Testing
• Body Composition Testing

We also offer the following optional tests for an additional fee:

• Bone Mineral Density Scan: $150;
• CIMT Ultrasound Scan : $250;
• TelomerAge - Telomere Length Measurement: $325;
• ImmunoAge - Immune Function Testing: $270;

Before this 2-hour office evaluation you will fill out a questionnaire designed to detect any underlying conditions that need to be addressed.   You will then meet with your physician to go over your medical history and undergo a physical exam.  Your laboratory results, history, and exam will then be used to design a personalized program tailored specifically to your needs and physiology.  You will then  discuss the expected benefits and risks of your program as well as its administration.  Custom-compounded medications will be shipped to you the next day.
